THE PROJECT TRANSLATED SPOKEN WORD BY LAWYER & CREATIVE, PEN MOODZ INTO A PUBLIC FORM DESIGNED TO MOVE THROUGH SPACES WITHOUT LOSING MEANING, WHILE GENERATING DIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR LEGAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
CHALLENGE & APPROACH
RevEyes Studio was engaged to design a system capable of carrying a raw, emotionally charged message through high-visibility cultural environments without dilution, distortion or institutional framing.
The project operated as a direct-action funding model, where all proceeds supported the Black Legal Action Centre (BLAC).
Key constraints included:
risk of message dilution within mainstream cultural & commercial ecosystems
reliance on visibility to generate real financial impact
absence of paid media, institutional backing or traditional campaign infrastructure
need for adaptability across environments
Centring message fidelity over amplification influenced a design system that could scale without compromising meaning.
